Delivery Information

Freight and shipping carriers deliver your equipment right to your driveway or the front of your residence. It is your responsibility to get your equipment into your home. The drivers and or representatives from the carriers cannot assemble or help you bring the product into your home. Your shipment is carefully assembled and leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage to your shipment or for any missing items before signing.  Any damage to your shipment should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier.  Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off on the delivery limits our liability as well as that of the freight carrier.
